SAMSUNG LAUNCHES GALAXY ALPHA :
Samsung on September 27,
2014 launched a new Alpha smart phone in India with a price tag of
Rs. 39,990. The phone is powered by an octacore processor
with 2GB RAM, and comes with a 4.7-inch
HD Super AMOLED screen. It has a 12 MP
rear camera and 2.1MP front camera with 1860 mAh battery and 32GB internal
storage. The company said Galaxy Alpha was the slimmest device ever in the
series at 6.7 mm and weighs 115 gram. It
also has 4G LTE capability. The company
has tied up with Bharti Airtel wherein customers wil get 5 GB of 4G data for
two months in circles where the operator has launched 4G services
